sorry my comment has quite a lot of spelling errors. But I hope you really enjoy these amazing creatures. keep humidity up and use sturdy live plants, i hope to post mine on here soon so you can see how wonderfully green they can get. =)

    keep like whites …
keep like whites keeping it within the upper range of a whites. Contrary to other people I have kept my white lipped, whites and an asian flting frog (polepedates leucomastyx) in the same viv with no troubles. I tend to find that if you keep good temps at night you frogs should go brilliant greens. spectrum will help with this but is not necessary. They are voracious eaters and will even take the occasional pinkie mouse. good luck!

ummmm….i have a white-lipped of my own, he’s a full grown male already over 5 inches long snout to vent. i don’t think it is normal for them to be up all day and night. they are strictly nocturnal. the do sleep with there eyes looking like there kind of half open, so that may be misconstrude as being awake during the day.

I just bought a white lipped tree frog that looks identical to yours! There wasn’t much info regarding the care of these guys so I am searching the internet for care guides, etc. Where did you get your info on the care of these frogs? What size is your aquarium? Not sure what else besides the basics (water, food ) to add to my 10 gallon tank.
